报告内容简介：

Intra-organizational social media platforms are expected to help build a flexible corporate stage that facilitates employees’ communication and leverages employee idea generation. This study attempts to address the impacts of various combined online social relationships on employees’ idea generation in the context of intra-organizational social media. Based on the extant literature in the fields of organizational behavior and information systems, a mental processing model is postulated and empirically validated using data obtained from two internal application systems of a large telecommunications company. Test results reveal that employees’ diverse combined online social relationships significantly affect their group identification and proactive creativity, which, in turn, have positive impacts on idea generation. The findings contribute to the literature on employee idea generation and that on corporate social media, by uncovering the links among online social relationships, group identification, proactive creativity, and idea generation.

主讲人简介：

陆本江，南京大学商学院营销与电子商务系助理教授，2018年7月在清华大学9001jcc金沙以诚为本获得管理学博士学位。主要研究兴趣包括：企业内外部知识共享平台、员工绩效与创新、社会网络与社会资本等。相关研究成果发表于信息系统领域国际顶级期刊《Journal of Management Information Systems》、重要期刊《Computers in Human Behavior》，以及管理学中文顶级期刊《管理科学学报》、重要期刊《信息系统学报》等，出版教材专著《电子商务安全与支付》（2013）。担任JMIS、DSS、I&M、IJEC、ECR以及ICIS等国际学术期刊、国际学术会议审稿人。
