报告内容简介：

We expand the concept of engagement to the context of interfirm collaboration. Specifically, we differentiate the strength of collaboration into two types, i.e. collaboration with strong engagement and collaboration with weak engagement, and discuss the different effects of these two types of collaboration on firm’s radical innovation. Based on this, we further highlight how the focal firm’s strategic orientation and R&D effort moderates the above effects, thus clarifying the organizational contingent nature of the collaboration-innovation relationship.

主讲人简介：

周江华，博士，北京师范大学经济与工商管理学院副教授，案例研究中心主任、MBA中心副主任。主要研究领域：创新管理、创新政策、战略管理。主持了多项国家级及横向研究课题。正式发表/录用SSCI、CSSCI等论文50余篇。出版与参编著作4部。
